My friend bought me a Groupon for a massage and facial. It took me 2 weeks to schedule an appointment.... they have an answering service. The answering service takes the information and passes it on to the spa. The spa calls back at their whim. So finally I get to make an appointment for 6 weeks out! Then 3 days before my appointment I get an automated text message that says my appointment is scheduled for the next day, a different time and day then originally scheduled. I feel like this happened so the spa could say I was a no show or canceled after the 24 hour cut off and the could keep my money with no services provided. Thank goodness my friend was able to get a refund from Groupon and I WILL NOT be going to this inefficient and unprofessional establishment. I will most definitely be reading more Yelp reviews before buying a Groupon. This spa has horrible reviews and clearly I'm not the first person to have these issues! Pass on this place, it's a scam.
