I ordered two blinds from Blinds Chalet that do not look as advertised on the company's website and are flawed in that there is mis-matched stitching (white stitching on dark brown fabric) and multiple eyelet screws are sticking out of the top of the blinds that do not look professional. These blinds cost over $400 and were advertised to be professionally made. The pictures of the blinds on the website show a smooth top, the way it should be. These blinds look homemade, not professionally made. When I requested to return them, the manager refused and told me that "every manufacturer makes the shades differently and unfortunately this one makes them looking like the ones that you received." Therefore, the customer is left to the whims of the particular manufacturer but with no control over selecting the manufacturer or returning the product when the result is bad. I would not recommend using this company, it does not stand behind its products.
