One huge reason we ladies like to get our nails done is to feel relaxed and pampered. I have been to the Polish Room on several occasions because the prices are reasonable and my mani or pedis were average. My issue is not with the staff providing the services but with the environment. First impression is the salon is beautiful but the front desk girl was beyond rude and there was country music playing. Im sorry but that is a specific taste. Cast a wider net if you want people to come back. Address the rude front desk girl as she is the first and in my case the last impression. She was so rude I didn't stay for a service and went somewhere else.
