Worst Management Ever!!
Jason Montgomery is the Area Fitness Manager for EOS Fitness. I find it amazing how he fails in all categories of Customer Service.
In January 2016 I joined at the location at Serene and Eastern. At that time I also was convinced to sign up for a personal trainer, for a fee. I was also told my time with the Fitness Manager did not count against my contract for a personal trainer. During the course of working out, I injured my back. In March my physician took an x-ray of my back and said to tell the trainer to no longer stress my back. In April he did it again. At the end of April I began out of town trips for work, so my contract was "frozen" until I could return. In July, my back was hurting so bad, I told the Manager I had to stop because of my back pain.
In September I realized I had paid for services I did not get. I went to the gym and was given a brochure to contact ABC Financial - the people doing the financing for EOS. After six weeks, I was told ABC took over financial issues in April and my payments had been made in January and March and to contact the gym.
In October I made contact with EOS about a refund. In November I received notice of a refund being issued in July. None had been received. Over the next three months I was told Jason would contact me, six times - he never did. Last week I received an email from the person Jason used to avoid contacting me stating that there was no record of payments being made to EOS. I found it odd that in November I was told a refund was made in July, and now they show no payments having been made to EOS, even though my credit card shows payment made.
So, Mr Montgomery fails at Customer Service, and now Accounts Receivable says no payments were received, I would warn anyone considering joining EOS Fitness to think twice, because if something goes wrong, you will not get your money back.
