Extremely disappointed in this location. My father in law was in town to help my fiancé & I install a chandelier. We went into the store and found the one we wanted. They told us we could not get it today as it was not in store and had to be ordered in from California, we asked to purchase the floor model and the manager said it was against policy and could not be done. I asked the sales associate if she could check the he Henderson location to see if they had it as we needed it same day. She said they do not have it so we just ordered it in. I felt it was odd that neither store would have it, so I called Lamps Plus in Henderson just to be told they had two in stock and would even sell us their floor model if we needed more than one! So we ended up stuck with no chandelier because the sales associate lied to us. We couldn't return and purchase the one in Henderson either because they said it had already supposedly shipped even though it had only been a few minutes.
Lesson learned to do my homework and not trust the sales associates if something it supposedly not in store. Or maybe just not to shop here again.
