Where do I even BEGIN! Every time I have gone to this location I always get semi-rude to rude attitudes which is whatever... BUT..... this last time I went there it was through the drive thru window, my fiancé was in the driver seat and the drive thru cashier by the name of "AHMED" if that's even his real name had not put the lid on right on 1 of our drinks. As he handed the drink to my fiancé the cashier spilt it and the coke landed all over my fiancé's lap! I understand things happen and people make mistakes BUT WHAT REALLY SET ME OFF is the ignorant cashier had said "my bad" and laughed like it was funny to him! Words do not even explain how much that set me off! The least he could have done was give us a few napkins to clean up the mess! I had him bring over the shift manager and I explained what happened. She told me to my face "well he probably did it as a joke" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Then AHMED had the decency to lie in front of our faces and the manager saying that "he never laughed" which he knows is a lie!!! Long story short I dealt with the manager "JENNIFER" who didn't do ANYTHING!!! To make things worse by AHMED spilling the coke on my fiancé's lap, some of the coke got into his phone which he had in his pocket at that time and now he has complete liquid damage to it.. what breaks my heart is that we lost MANY irreplaceable picture of our daughter that were in that phone! To make things worse the franchise owner said they can't do anything about replacing his phone because "technically it was in our possession" when the drink was getting HANDED TO US!! First off lady we can not control gravity nor your employees mistake of not having the capability of putting a lid on right! I never even got a sincere apology.. it's real unfortunate that I wasn't even respected or even felt like anyone cared.. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!
