I have been going to the same family doctor for years and she just moved here from their location across the road. It never was the best, but this was BRUTAL.
First it took me 3 weeks to book an appointment with my family doctor, I had to take a few hours work off because their hours are short. Second, the evening before my appointment they cancelled on me. Told me that if I wanted to see my family doc it would be another 3 weeks. This was to review LAB results that my doctor had personally asked me to see her about! So now because I NEED to review these results, I make an appointment to see a random doctor. The day of my appointment, I sat and waited- They were an hour late for my appointment. It took me 4 hours total to be seen for 10 minutes and grab two prescriptions. Nice.
I will not be going back. Years of loyalty and I've had it. Their male pharmacy technician is very nice and polite and helpful- He is informative and smart. The younger female working there should most certainly not be working in a setting where you deal with people daily.
