Recently we were experiencing much cooler weather and our heating suddenly stop performing properly. When we connected with Maxon Air we were able to express extra concern the lack of heat meant for our family situation. Cory Maxon and team literally sprung into action, arrived the same day, and were very compassionate for our situation. Cory was honest and direct how home warranties work and I'd much rather understand the realities than be b.s'ed. He went the extra mile to make sure we resolved the issue.
