This is a fair and honest review based on my experienced. I brought my 02 ford expedition to this place. My SUV was running with no problem, no noise, except for 2 misfires failed for smog check . Repair guy checked on it and he said coolant container was leaking and that's where causing the misfires. They give me a quote for $1,060 to replace coolant, spur plugs and coil for the misfire. The 5th day they called and said there's a problem on the engine and not worth to fix it anymore it will cost me about $3500 to fix. I said I'll just take the SUV back and when we pick it up, oh boy, we can barely drive the car home, big noise on the engine which is not there when we drop it off. So since it barely make home we ended up going straight to the nearest dealership and trade it in cuz it barely make it in a few miles drive, my husband has to turn on his blink hazard on the road to make it to the dealership is it was very bad. But this repair guy still ask me to pay $500 for ruining my suv. We know you guys ruined our suv. I regret that I brought the suv to this place. Will not coming back here again and I will not recommend this place to anybody.
