Although we had a couple of stumbles at first while getting an estimate for a Geico-insured repair, I kept my cool and the insurance adjuster I was working with got a manager involved. This manager, Bryan, completely resolved my complaints and was a privilege to work with. I was mistaken in my first impression that they were trying to shortchange me, when in fact it was just an inexperienced adjuster who is still learning the craft. Everyone was very polite and doing their best. Five stars!
