Navigating through health insurance is difficult enough without the extra added frustration of dealing with billing. They accepted my doctor in the network only to reject their charges for services 5 months later. Their billing services is awesome if you like pain and punishment. I pay for 2 months, get a notice of cancellation after I am told I don't owe for paying twice...the second star is for the one great experience with member services who helped me navigate through my billing mess. I do not recommend this insurance plan to anyone.
