Amending this review after I got the bill. Turned out they double billed for the equipment, charged for surgery (which they obviously didnt do) and $800 for fitting the boot (you know, putting it on his foot and velcroing it tight!). Blue Cross is making them file an amended claim after my complaint about fraud, they use a 3rd party for equipment, who also billed me, but denied they knew who they were, denied they gave the 3rd party our information, and then billed us $814 for the same boot the 3rd party billed us $64 for.
Check your bill!!!
No longer: Great experience. In and out in an hour for a broken foot including xrays, which he got on disk to take to surgeon next day!
