Totally agree with the other comments here. This is an honest company, and I will only use them for HVAC issues. I have used them twice. The first time I called George Brazil first. Their technician was going to "do me a favor" and fix my AC for $2500. Something did not smell right. I called Jaycox and they came out and fixed my unit for $158.00 Earlier this week I called them again because my unit's fan was not turning and the house was not cooling. I called Jaycox immediately, they arranged to come out that day. Within a minute Jake diagnosed the problem as a disconnected wire. He had it fixed in 5 minutes. When I asked what was their charge for a service call, he refused to charge me. He made a trip to my home, fixed my AC, and charged me nothing! Customer for life!
