Let's start at the beginning. I called at 11 this morning, on the off chance I might be able to get my hair cut on my lunch break. (I work in the same plaza). I don't know what possessed me. I woke up, and decided I had too much hair. Anyway, I digress.
I called and spoke to Shelby, who promised to speak to a stylist, and call me right back. She did! And with an offer of a 1:30 appointment. Yay!
So I showed up 15 minutes early (annoying habit), and Jada saw me right at my appointment time, which I appreciate.
We chatted about what I was after, style wise. Mostly, I gave vague, annoying answers. I just don't know. Please fix it. Too much hair. Hot. Heavy. (You get the idea)
Jada had some awesome ideas on what to do, and made sure to ask how I felt, and what I thought. (Again, que annoying non-answers on my part). In just over an hour, I had a wonderful shampoo (my favorite part!) and really pretty, shoulder length hair. I lost about 5 inches! Its pretty short, but my goodness its pretty! It's got nice movement, which I lacked before, and I think I lost about half my hair! (In weight, I mean!) It feels wonderful!
I went back to work feeling so much better!
Another really nice perk was the goodie bag of plus-sized samples I got on my way out! I love product, and look forward to playing with it!
