I came here upon recommendation from a friend. She pays a lot of attention to her hair, and has been going to this Chatters for a couple of years, so I trusted her and went with a group of friends.
As the people were fairly friendly, I paid around $45 (including tip) and all I got was a regular trim. She cut my hair about an inch to get rid of the split ends, cut my bangs and offered to straighten my hair (my hair is curly).
At the beginning she asked me what kind of style I wanted, and I asked her for her recommendation on what would look best for my face shape, as I wanted a change with my hairstyle. She said she'll do her best and once she finished cutting it, she kept asking me if I wanted it straightened. Over and over again I asked if this hair would look nicely curled, and how to style it on my own. She just kept saying: Yes it'll look good. Do you want your hair straightened?
In the end she straightened my hair, and after I washed it out there really was no change in my hair at all.
I'm disappointed. Never again. I only go here to look for nail polishes sometimes. But I found it expensive since I wasn't happy with the end result.
