I lived at Roosevelt Point for two years and just recently moved out. I did not have a good experience. First, it is loud and the complex decided to put music speakers outside my apartment. Staff failed to turn off speakers after office hours even when I would call them to ask nicely to turn them off; this resulted in music playing outside my apartment all night making it difficult to sleep. Second, staff was rude and careless. I actually had a staff member enter my apartment at midnight because the staff member appeared to be intoxicated and got access to a master key to enter my apartment. I addressed this to the office immediately the next morning and they did not seem to care or discipline the staff member. I ended up having to call the Phoenix police. Third, they don't cover the full electric bill after telling me they did. And lastly, security gates and doors are always broken along with most of the fitness equipment. Although I really enjoyed my furnished studio apartment that had a beautiful view, it was unfortunate that my experience at Roosevelt Point was a disappointment.
