Unsure as to why the TEC store received low ratings when I've never had anything but a great experience at this MAC. This review is for my most recent visit (July 2016). I had arrived early for an appointment with a MAC artist and was greeted right away by two associates. They were warm, friendly and had me seated pronto. As I waited for my MUA an associate came to check on me. I was greeted by my artist Kyle. He was absolutely lovely - both inside and out. He listened to my concerns, checked out a few photos I had saved to demonstrate the look I was going for and got straight to work. I find some MUAs don't know how to foundation match Black women but that's not the case with Kyle. He understood my skin concerns and had me looking flawless. By the end of the appointment I felt as if we had become friends. He was so encouraging, friendly and had a great sense of humour. I left MAC Eaton Centre feeling ten pounds lighter and looking like a supermodel. I look forward to seeing him again!
