This has been transformational in my posture and letting go of bad body stances, and it goes well beyond the physical. My chiropractor recently remarked that this was the "straightest" she's seen me! Monday we finished Session 7. I am feeling amazing! I had been suffering with vertigo and cancelled 2 weeks on a row, but returned while I still had some mild symptoms.
