They put replacement roof on my house, though at higher cost than other bidders. It was an upgrade with 30-year labor/50 year material warranty. It was well done and looks great. Customer satisfaction = 4.5
However, when I later sold the house, the warranty transfer cost was quoted at $1000 (for a simple change of owners in their records). I thought it was a mistake, but they informed me it was not, rationalizing that it was required to essentially issue a new warranty (on a new roof with a paid-for warranty). After-installation customer satisfaction = 0.
If this is of concern to you, ask about their warranty transfer charge FIRST. This soured me enough that I would not use them again. Too many other roofing fish in the barrel.
