Firstly, let me start by saying I go here often because I work at Legacy Village and it is the most convenient. That convenience doesn't always translate to speediness. I get it, there is usually a wait in the mornings but it happens more often than not that the line is held up because of distraction and chattiness behind the counter. Food and drinks are good, it's just the lack of urgency that ruins the experience.
