Disappointed! I got a pink and white manicure two weeks ago, a male had done them. He did a wonderful job. When I had went back recently, I did not recieve the same treatment. Which in my opinion, I figured it would be better since they werent as busy as the previous time.
It started with being told three different prices, from what I was told on the phone. The prices kept changing. In my opinion they should have set prices listed on a board so their clients dont feel as if they are getting cheated and being judged.
The lady seemed as if she was in a rush and disgusted with me, as she was jumping from client to client. Not to mention ON HER PHONE.. A FEW TIMES! Uncalled for! I believe if you have a business and are getting paid over $30 an hour (what client pays is put in their personal draw and not into a register, which leads me to believe thats their personal pocket change..) I say that because the first time I had went, and many times before in the past seven years a register is used every so often.
Overall I had three ladies do my nails. (I could see if they were busy, but as I said they definitely were not.) I believe one employee should stay with their well paying and well tipping client the entire time, from start to finish, or else..who deserves the tip.. Confusing! Not to mention my nails are uneven, too short, and my thumb nail is so sore!
I really wish I wasn't so disappointed in the visit because before hand is was my number one! Lesson to the story for the employees, PHONES CAN WAIT!
