I had a very unpleasant experience trying this coffee house out for the very first time. My boyfriend ordered coffee for all four of us and even threw $5.00 in the tip jar. It was late afternoon and there was only one other couple in the place. The lady serving us never smiled. We didn't order complicated drinks just espresso and a cappuccino. I accidentally took my friends coffee by mistake and only noticed it after I saw her making my coffee. I apologized profusely to the barista as she had to make my friends coffee again. She gave me the dirtiest look, mumbled something under her breath and I could tell by her body movements she was very angry. If it was super busy I could sympathize with her but we were the only ones waiting. On top of that my boyfriends espresso cup had grounds in it. Terrible. The coffee was just ok. I will not be returning to this coffee house. I'll stick with Grouchy Johns or Sambalatte from now on.
