Worst customer service. Came in and check in, but a lady at the front desk to wait, then she will notify us when the room is ready. After 3:30 pm, we haven't got the call and when I came to the front desk to ask what happened, they are still not ready. They said they will downgrade it and ask to move then. So pissed and ask for a manager and Joseph came and didn't do anything about it. We ruined the whole day and we are not pleased with their service at all. Venetian is way better!
