Wow! Thought we would sneak in because there wasn't a line. We have had good luck at the Happy Valley location.
I too should have read the reviews! The staff was lackadaisical and unresponsive. I specifically requested a couple of minor things, which were included in the VIP wash and there was no follow thru whatsoever. When I asked the finish-line if they could redo a couple of things, I was looked at as if I was crazy... and they half-assed what I requested. As well, I don't even think they made it into the back seat, as there were still dirt smudges on the center console.
I now know why there was no line!
I will be taking it to the Happy Valley location tomorrow to see they would let this go thru their finish line!
