The place looks aesthetically tacky. Future Shop had a red and black color scheme while Best Buy's is blue and yellow, but this place has been painted a stark white.
Quality customer service is also lacking here; I was there shopping for a videogame and I had wait a long time just to ask if this store location had the item in stock. Don't get me wrong, you'll have these same issues at any Big Box department store you shop at, some chains and locations being worse than others. This one seems to take the cake.
You're better off going to the one in LaSalle. Much better location (in the Carrefour Angrignon mall), much better decor, somewhat better customer service (hard to find a sales rep at certain times of day and waiting times of 10 minutes or more are common) and tech support (most sales reps donm't know jack about the products they're selling, but some of the Geek Squad techies know what they're talking about).
