By far this was the most wonderful steak experience. After arriving in Vegas for a girl's weekend, we were hungry for some good eats. When I called to check in with my boyfriend, he had mentioned that he had gotten a thank you card from Del Frisco's after going there during SEMA and highly suggested that we try it. I ordered the house salad, filet and shrimp, and the creamed spinach. The salad came with two pieces of crispy bacon on top, the vinaigrette that it was tossed in was okay, I think i would get it with the house ranch dressing next time. The steak and shrimp were amazing. The filet was the most tender piece of steak I've ever had. I tried the Chateau potatoes that my friend got and they were amazing. The creamed spinach was like no other, with chopped pieces of bacon. Good thing I don't eat like this every day. a week later I got a thank you note too. guess I need to go back soon.
