Today I tried koala tan for the first time. I usually go to Fabutan today but it was closed today for Easter. I saw koala tan on Yelp and thought I'd give it a try. Here's how it works: There is like 6 levels of beds. The higher you go, the more expensive, but the stronger and less time you need. If you buy a level 5, you can use any bed up to and including 5. I went for level 5 stand up as I tan frequently (3 to 4 times a week). It was around 30$ for 7 consecutive days. Or 109$ monthly. Pretty pricey compared to my 34.99 Fabutan monthly membership. I loved the beds though. It's hot, efficient, and gives you a great tan. Worth the money in my opinion. I already see the results after one tan. The staff also seemed helpful and knowledgable. Cleanliness 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Technology 5/5 Pricing $$$ 3/5.. Could be slightly more affordable.
