Well after 5 yes 5 phone calls no 1 has called me back. 23 hours b4 my long scheduled appt. at Eastern and 215 I was called and told Patrick the hygienist was gone and they had no 1 to clean my teeth. I called N. Nellis location and no answer. Connected w call center told her what happened and they would e-mail them to call me. NOPE. Called corporate next day on Rancho and left voice mail and sent it. NOPE. Called again and a nice girl said she would leave manager a message AND she connected me to that voice so I also could leave message. NOPE. No call backs. 1st what reputable Dental Co. does not have a hygienist? Wrong on every level. It's money first with these large corporations. GOODBYE.
