The lobster roll is only ok and is definitely overpriced compared to what is available elsewhere (not in Vegas, mind you). I don't know if decent, reasonably-priced lobster rolls are that hard to find in Vegas but the Lobster Me roll has less than 1/2 of the lobster that Boston's Neputune Oyster's does but costs 80% as much. Not such a good deal. The lobster in the roll was kind of half way between the Maine mayo style and the Connecticut hot butter style. Not a good compromise, IMO.
