I met Karen in the retail store. Although she was trying to be of service to too many customers at the same time and I had to chase her down a bit, I scheduled an in-home appointment with her anyway. Karen was on time and professional. She promised to have a quote to me that same night. Two days later, I reveived the quote with no explanation, acknowledgement, or apology for not providing the quote as promised. I haven't had sticker shock in a long time as I'm a fairly good researcher and typically have a good ballpark estimate on cost. Holy cow! I was way off. I found the price of the product, including shipping (what?) to be exhorbitant. I went to another company and was able to get the same windows treated for almost 50% less than Karen quoted me with no shipping costs and I'll have the treatments in 2 weeks compared to Karen's 4-6 weeks. Granted, I have a different product, but a similar product that I like more than what I was looking at with Karen. For me, price was way too high and service was mediocre before and after the in-home appointment. I'm glad I went elsewhere.
