I never had a worse experience in my life. Isabella the sales rep gave horrible service and I felt pressured the entire time. She was saying whatever she had to say to get the sale. Only thinking about herself and not my priorities and payments. She wouldn't stop pressuring me saying "if I do this will I earn 100% of you business" said that line like 4 times . She also kept asking me to sign contracts of a car I just looked at. Simply a joke of a salesperson. After the test drive(the car was dirty and had a misaligned front bumper) she didn't even remember my name or anything that I told her. She constantly repeated herself and asked me the same questions instead of making a connection . She simply viewed me as a dollar sign and a inexperienced buyer. However, because of this HORRIBLE experience I went to Enterprise Car Sales and was able to own a infinity for so much less. Thank you Isabella !
