Marshalls has improved their selection of merchandise. What is sorely lacking is customer service. I visited this location one week day afternoon to pick up one small item. What I found was an extremely long wait to check out. One cashier had been serving a lady with several items. When I put my one small item on the counter, the female cashier abruptly said "no I am closed". Eventually I was called to a check out and the cashier said "sorry for the wait" and then left me to process a return! The line at the checkout grew even longer and some of the other cashiers called for additional help. One cashier asked repeatedly for "Oscar". Eventually a customer said "excuse me. Is there anyone who can help on cash?" because the length of the line was enormous. While I stood at the checkout without having been served, a male cashier came to another checkout, ignored me and said "next person in line". None of the other cashiers told the apparent manager that I had been waiting longer. Had I not really wanted this one small item, I would have walked out in disgust. Appalling.
