Generally they've done a fine job with the quality of cleaning for me, but customer service is a big problem. I try to use a coupon whenever I go because they are on the high end of what I like to pay. The problem is that persistently fail to apply the discount. I have to press the issue every time or they won't follow the terms. Not cool from the customer side. I'm looking for a more customer friendly shop.
