We purchased the Bigshot wash and could not have been more disappointed. We definitely didn't receive the hand applied tire dressing, not sure if we got the other extras, and came away with a dirty car; all for $15.00. When my husband told them the back window of our van was still dirty (rain spotted and wiper path still visible) the employee told him he'd been doing this for 10 years and in his experience the equipment NEVER can clean it. I don't know about their equipment but every other car wash we've been to has been able to clean the back of our Honda Odyssey. Silly me I expected a car wash to actually get our car clean and if this guy has 10 years experience with the equipment not working, then why not tell customers up front? Will not be returning.
