Great customer service experience! They were running late the day of my visit, so they called and let me know to come 30 minutes later - and gave me a Starvucks gift card for the inconvenience. At the appointment, Robyn and Dr Wasik tried to make me (an anxious patient) as comfortable as possible, knowing that I didn't like all the stuff in my mouth on a previous visit. Robyn is always very good at explaining what we are going to be doing and what I can expect.
