I will give one star because Hannah was nice. I went here because I found a groupon, looked at reviews for the salon, called for availability, and she was able to get me in almost right away. I was getting a cut, deep condition treatment, and partial highlights. When I got there I had to wait about 15-20 minutes beyond my appointment time before she got started. In addition to that she was doing my hair at the same time she was doing someone else's. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how bad it really was. When I went in, I explained that because I wear my hair up for work, I'd like it took look nice in a ponytail. I've only had highlights a few times before, but this was ridiculous. I looked like a skunk with bleached hair down the top center of my head and the cut was so uneven, forget ponytails. Further, she had put me under the dryer for a long time with my foils and when she blew my hair out she had dryer on highest heat setting, had it right next to my hair, using a metal wire brush, smoke (not vapor from being wet) was coming off my head. I told her that it was uncomfortable, but that didn't make much of a difference. I should have walked out. Thank goodness I was able to get in somewhere else the next day to get it fixed, but it sucks because not only did I have to get the cut (thus losing more length) and color fixed, I'm also having to repair major heat damage. Out more money and time. I asked for a refund but still haven't heard back. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
