I love China Poblano. It's a truly unique concept from Jose Andres. The noodles and buns are spectacular. If you sit at the bar, you can watch them being prepared. The tacos are also delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for casual fare inside The Cosmopolitan. Getting there can be somewhat challenging, but it is worth the track for the food and atmosphere!
