I did hear from residents that they charge u monthly rent but then don't explain that there are additional fees that bring your rent up much higher each month. know a man who is paying an additional $150.00 a month then he expected.WOW had dishonest is that! Sounds like very poor business practice & think some tenants are moving because of it. Also found roaches in apartment which is crazy with high rent they charge. was thinking of looking at apartments there too but think will steer clear as only heard bad things & dishonestly from management.
