I REALLY wish I could give them less than 1 star! I just read another review from 10 months ago as I logged in to write this one. My husband purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage and tried to schedule an appointment online. Apparently it is their normal business practice to promote their business on Groupon (which has a 180 day expiration) and push out the appointments to the middle of January 2018! If I calculate the days from when I purchased the Groupon deal to when their first appointment is available, that is 186 days which makes this deal expired to begin with!! It's fraud, if you ask me. Groupon needs to make them disclose this scheduling information PRIOR to customers making their purchases!! Of course, no one will answer the phone number listed and we're outside of the 3 day Groupon refund window, so we've decided to go to the location later today. We will be contacting Groupon about this as well. I'll give an update later but HAD to post this just in case someone else decides to patronize this company...don't do it!!
