I just bought a home and our first month's water bill was over 400.00 without any use (we haven't even moved in yet). I called a plumber to come visit the house, and the plumber refused to even properly inspect the house. He recommended we replace some rusty valves, failed to identify any leak, and found our meter. He insisted that replacement of these valves will let him check for the source of the leak. The job would be over 900.00 It was clear he was just interested in making money. I asked him to at least write his assessment and paid for his visit. 89.00 just to walk around the house. I will not be doing business with these guys again. All the horror stories you hear about probably fits this company best. I dropped my rating after watching Dateline NBC. Do not use!
