Mystery Room has two locations in Toronto: Downsview and downtown (near Spadina and Dundas). This review is for the downtown location. Poorly set up, very worn furniture and props, missing items, improperly set-up puzzles. Staff was far too quick to "help" solve our problems, and we felt we were being led through the puzzle process rather than being left to solve it ourselves. I was really looking forward to this, but came away completely disappointed. Attention to detail is key for these operations, so I'd recommend you read all reviews carefully before choosing a Mystery Room company -- in my opinion this one is too slapdash and is just capitalizing on a trend without putting in enough effort to run it properly.
