Just had a terrible experience here.
Old guy working the front desk with a fruity man bun couldn't take 2 minutes away from his busy day or pull himself away from the porn on his screen to explain to me the available offers or deals.
When he finally serves literally everybody else before me, he lays the famous Tires23 scam on me, where they refuse to help you on the spot but instead beg for a deposit to lock you into an appointment at the most inconvenient possible time. Tried to get them to call me in case of someone else's cancellation and he flat out tells me he doesn't care
Unprofessional slobs working there is my 2 cents , and there was a steady stream of people coming back inside after Tires23 pump and dump them because of incorrect tire pressure, sensors adjustment, and so on
