My review will continue , but I am retaining counsel with Mr. Schneider this week. Roxanne who answered the phone was nothing but sweet , nice and encouraging in what to me is a scary situation. Don't all personal legal matters give people anxiety?? I am in the legal field myself and with first hand knowledge we play "therapist" everyday to our clients . Doing what we do whether it be attorney , paralegal, office manager , secretary .....we do what we can to keep you updated and soothe your fears , but we also have other clients to attend to. This is a Business. So to the people who said anyone at this office was Rude ....get a grip. I personally feel hopeful and elated that I have this on my side !!!
