I went in to look for a specific item. I asked for help in in the toy section, because there was no associate in sight. No one ever showed up to help. I asked 2 separate employees that were passing to help me fid the item, but they were clueless as to what it was. Upon explaining the item to the 2nd associate, I was told it may be in the front but he didn't know where else to look. I felt like I had to hunt someone down for help. I was given an asst manager, but he also had no clue. He tried to point me to his "as seen on tv" section while I was asking about Funko brand items. I told him they would not be one of those products. None of his answers had any certainty to whether they carried anything like what I was asking. I had to ask him to get someone that did know. The other asst manager had me tell her about it, I showed them their website that has the item name, but the wrong picture. My only options that were given were to call the other stores myself or I could go to them and look. She even said calling might not help. I was so upset that I left the other item I was going to purchase behind because I wanted nothing to do with the location and their clueless associates.
