This place is horrible, bad customer service, the people who work here obviously hate there jobs, they are lazy, and not freindly at all, went here on 4-7-18 around noon, the female associate basically ignored me, told her I wanted to upgrade my s7 to s9 and would put down $500 so my monthly payment would be lower beings my contract had just ended, she says ok, well she walked away and never came back to me. So guess what Verizon just lost an upgrade sell because I will keep my current 2 phones until they die before I buy another phone ftom this place, you can clearly tell thst the female was very lazy and didn't want to work , she basically walked away and hide in back, unreal..
