Been having an overheating problem and on advice from a friend, a new radiator would be best. So I looked up some numbers and called Sun West. I explained my drama on the phone and was told I would have to bring it in. I did right away. They went through it as I told them what I had done and had done by other mechanics. When they got my old radiator out, they called, explained the problem and so we decided on a new radiator. I felt important, all of them were very informative and great to deal with. I didn't feel ripped off. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! I took my car in at 9:30 and it was ready before 3pm. That's real service.
