I dont recommend anyone to move in. I moved in to a 1 bedroom apartment 1 year and 3 months ago. I used to pay $680 at first (it was $720+ for a remodeled unit. I asked for my unit not to be remodeled), then my rent went up to $720 6 months later after my first lease, now im paying $780. Ill be paying $875 after my current lease is over. I would've been paying $920+ plus for a 1 bedroom if i would've asked for my apartment to get remodeled a year back. $200 increase per month in almost a year. The only difference is the color of the apartments, gym, pool area, and a small dog park with one bench. Your AC is controlled by properly management so you cant use your heater during the summer or AC during the winter (to save management/owners money). Don't move here, move into a luxury apartment for just $40 more. These apartments are great and all of the staff here are extremely nice and good at what they do. It's the new owners/management who made the Sun King Apartments great again, and their making the tenants pay for it!
