This is really a 3.5 star review. Went here for laser hair removal on my underarms.
Pros:
Very nice facility
Friendly staff
Easy to get an appointment time that worked for me
No upselling - you get what you came in for and they don't waste your time with product pitches or service add-ons.
Cons:
Facility is so nice I wonder how much they are overcharging me
Service was uneven - some of the girls were very thorough and some rushed through the service to the point that they didn't fully cover the area. I am going to have to go back for at least a couple extra sessions and I think this could have been avoided if a few of the techs had been a little more methodical.
I went to this place because of their Groupon deal and, for what I paid, I definitely got more than my money's worth so I'm really not complaining. Now that the deal is used up though I plan on going somewhere less expensive to do a couple more sessions on this area and to get some other areas done. That said, I am now a total laser hair removal addict and would recommend this place to anyone willing to spend a little extra money for a posh med-spa.
