Elaine, the audiologist, is very professional and great at what she does. It was my first pair of hearing aids and she was patient and took the time to inform me of all of my options. When I had trouble getting though to her on the phone, Elaine gave me her direct number. You can't ask for more personalized service than that!!! Dr. French was great too... very nice and informative.
Only negative is...It does takes a while for someone to answer the phone, but you can always leave your phone number and they will call you back promptly...
