It's unfortunate that this conveniently located store has terrible service. Their service is so bad it's unbelievable. They have screwed up every single order I've place the last 5 times. Today, we go and my husband asks for sesame bagel with butter and asks specifically "do you have sesame bagels today". The cashier says yes. We get to the pickup area and the guy said sorry but we are out of the sesame bagels. So, my husband agrees to get a plain one with butter. They give us the order and the bagel has CREAM CHEESE on it. Then when I'm standing there, the manager or shift leader lifts his shirt up and scratches his hairy fat belly with customers standing all around waiting. Seriously, WTF. I don't think any of the workers here are qualified to be working in a restaurant. I will be going to be the Brueggers or Starbucks from now on.
